Mariah Fuqua
Hello Mathematicians! My name is Mariah Fuqua and I am so excited to be your math teacher. This year will be full of number talks, practice games and doing math! I look forward to watching you gain confidence in your abilities and achieve your full potential. If math isn't your best or favorite subject, that's ok! I will be there every step of the way to support you anyway I can and make it as hands-on and worth your time and effort.
7th Grade Math
7th-grade standards focus on utilizing problem-solving strategies within multi-step problems and situations to expand on the previous year’s content. Students will use previous knowledge to develop new connections to assist them on their math journey.
Please remember, this is tentative, and plans will change depending on class needs. Please use this as a resource to know the flow of content and to find assignments on Google Classroom.
